- promoting the quality and credibility of assessment and examination systems in FET
- promoting the development and implementation of curriculum enrichment programmes in FET
- the registration of Private FET providers
- promoting integration through the liaison with skills development and delivery constituencies
- supporting the formulation and implementation of youth development policies and programmes.
