Example of an Internet Search Ms. Thembi Zulu was looking for information on the roles of principals in ICT leadership. She identified "School principal" as a single idea and therefore wrote these words in quotation marks. She added ICT and leadership as further keywords. In this case it was a document file (notice the [DOC] to the left of the link above). This kind of file normally represents a word processor document. This is what she found when she clicked on that link- it was a successful search because she could read about the role of the principal in ICT leadership.
