Education is a societal matter!
Schools are centres of community life. This means that each community should regard a school as it’s asset: to be protected, guided and nurtured. For this reason, communities are expected to create an environment that is conducive to learning. By doing that, communities will play a very important role in helping all children succeed in school and in later life. When parents, teachers, students, and community view one another as partners in education, a caring community forms around learners that only produce positive results.
How can communities support the ‘Hands up 4 Education’ campaign?
