The Key Agents
Teachers play an important role in the lives of the children they teach. A teacher has the most influence on a child, second only to a child’s parent.
There is a direct link between the learner’s performance in a given subject and the manner in which the subject is taught and the way the child is treated. Learners tend to enjoy more and excel in subjects when the relationship with the teacher is positive and sound.
For reasons stated above, teachers have the ability to make a profound influence in the lives of their learners for many years to come, in fact for the remainder of a learner’s life.
