Purpose:
To manage and monitor the implementation of policies, programmes and systems for adult education and training.

Functions:
1. Review the current adult education programmes and systems;
2. Implement the norms and standards for funding Adult Learning Centres; and
3. Implement the Conditions of Service for ABET Educators/Practitioners.
