The Minister of Basic Education, Mrs Angie Motshekga is set to host the third annual Basic Education Lekgotla under the theme ‘’Equipping Learners20th Knowledge and Skills For a Changing World’’.

The Lekgotla brings together key education stakeholders and experts in their respective fields to address some of the challenges facing the sector and plan for the year ahead. All Provincial Education Departments, as well as teacher unions, school governing body organizations, learner organizations, NGO’s and academics among others will form part of the robust three day session.
