Minister Motshekga set to announce 2015 NSC Examination Results in Early January 2016, 31 December 2015

 

Basic Education Minister Mrs Angie Motshekga will on Tuesday 05 January 2016 release the 2015 NSC Examination Results at Vodacom World in Midrand Johannesburg.

 

Following a smooth marking process across all 121 Marking Centres, a task which involved 49 000 markers, the Minister of Basic Education Mrs Angie Motshekga will announce the results of the Matric Class of 2015. Having taken part in the largest NSC Examination to date, the 801 688 examination candidates and the nation will receive insight into how well the class of 2015 faired as the Minister recognises the efforts of the years highest achievers before statements of results will be made available to candidates on Wednesday 06 January 2016.

 

The evening will also see the Director General give an in-depth technical briefing into the results, allowing for a greater understanding into how the processes involved in administering the NSC Examinations, marking and scoring.
