Deputy Minister Enver Surty to Handover the Vodacom Supported Early Childhood Development Centre and School of Excellence in Vhembe, Limpopo, 19 March 2019

The Deputy Minister of Basic Education Mr Enver Surty will tomorrow, Wednesday, 20 March 2019, handover an Early Childhood Development Centre at Divhani Creche and School of Excellence at the Frank Ravele Secondary School in Vhembe, Limpopo.

 

The handover is the realization of a partnership with the Vodacom Foundation which is currently supporting 3000 schools and 92 teacher centres across the country with technology and infrastructure to enhance the education system.

 

The events will showcase the work achieved through the partnership with the handover of an Early Childhood Development Centre (ECD) as well as showcasing one of the 12 Schools of Excellence (Frank Ravele Secondary school) in the Vhembe District.

 

Speakers will include the CEO of Nelson Mandela Foundation Mr. Sello Hatang and the Vodacom Foundation CEO Ms. Taki Netshitenzhe.
