Basic Education Department has noted Supreme Court of appeal judgment regarding Michael Komape case, 18 December 2019

The Department of Basic Education has noted the judgement by the Supreme Court of Appeal in Bloemfontein today regarding the Michael Komape matter.

 

The department will go through the judgment in detail and provide a comprehensive response in due course.
