Eastern Cape Basic Education portfolio chair to hand-over Sizwe Primary School, Eastern Cape, 16 August 2017

Chairperson of the Eastern Cape Basic Education Portfolio Committee Mr Fundile Gade will tomorrow, Thursday 17 August 2017, through the Accelerated Schools Infrastructure Development Initiative (ASIDI), hand-over Sizwe Primary School outside Qumbu in the Eastern Cape.

Sizwe Primary School is one of 134 state-of-the-art schools built in the Eastern Cape as part of the ASIDI Programme. In addition to the provision of infrastructure, the ASIDI Programme has provided water to 619 schools, sanitation to 445 schools as well as electricity to 307 schools across the country that previously had none.

Members of the Media are invited to attend the Official hand-over of Sizwe Primary School as follows:
